Our PCB design capabilities include Schematic Capture and multi-layer
impedance controlled PCB layouts to meet EMI and other regulatory
requirements. PCB design with OrCAD or PCAD is preferred
PCB Design Steps:
- Design entry is carried out using Schematic Capture software from
OrCAD (from Cadence) or PCAD (from Altium) (OrCAD is our prefered
software package
- After net-list generation components are manually placed to minimize
trace lengths
- Layer planning for Multilayer boards determine the best placement of
layers based on signal priority
- The routing of the signals are carried out with a combination of
Automated Software and Manual routing
- Impedance calculations are carried using out to match the dynamic
signal impedance on different layers. This determines the stack up and
design to goals for the PCB Fabrication House
